FURNITURE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT PARTNER
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STRONG FURNITURE WORKSHOP MANAGER, ready to work independently in multitasking mode. Your goal is to develop furniture production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with personnel, recruitment, creation of a close-knit and strong team.
* Develop the work of the workshop and increase the efficiency of the smooth operation of furniture production.
* Manage the entire production process, from measurements and development of drawings to delivery and installation.
* Planning the production budget, calculating the cost price for each project separately (allocation of costs, including: materials, consumables, share of payroll, rent, etc.).
* Planning the work of all production areas.
* Organization and control of production accounting: raw materials and materials, spare parts and tools, finished products.
* Ensuring a high level of quality of manufactured products and production deadlines.
* Compliance with labor protection and safety rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in managing a furniture workshop / production - from 3 years.
* Strong management skills.
* Knowledge of technological processes of furniture production of cabinet furniture is a must.
* Ability to organize personnel, readiness to work in the intensive mode of a growing company.
CONDITIONS:
* Work schedule 5/2 from 9.00 to 18.00. Readiness for irregular hours.
* Salary: salary + %. Final conditions based on the results of interviews with successful candidates.
